Founded in 2002, YCT Co., Ltd is an optics exporter, however, we have been manufacturing lenses and safety glasses for more than 30 years. The company offers products and services ranging from lenses, safety glasses, sports sunglasses, reading glasses, and welding glasses, among others. It also provides mold creating, OEM projects, and packaging accessories. With 3 decades of experience, we become one of the leading safety glasses manufacturers in Taiwan.
3-shift is operated in the injection department. Quality is our aim. Inspecting every single lens before sending it to coating is the first step of quality control. For safety glasses, doing the impact test (154 ft/sec) on every patch is another way to control the quality. After the coating process, we do the second inspection to make sure the lens is perfect without spots or coating stains. Afterward, they will go through the assembling parts to complete them. The lab is also playing an important role in presenting our good quality. We can offer the test report to the customers who needed. Test standards are available in ANSI Z87.1, EN166, AS/NS 1337.1, etc. YCT has consistently experienced strong growth by building solid partnerships with its customers, large and small.
