Our company focuses on the manufacture and distribution of related equipments for semiconductor plants’ and light power plants’ flow controllers, gas purification, and gas waste disposal processors; as well as gas related facilities for VMB/P plants. In 2006, we’ve obtained OHSAS18000 certification; in 2010, we’re certified for ISO 9001:2008.
