Showfou Electric Machine Co., Ltd. was established in 1976. At first, we specialized in manufacturing motors. After years of innovation, expansion, and skill enhancement, we now are able to develop pumps for all kinds of purposes based on professional motor manufacturing techniques. This allowed us to satisfy market demand and to grow.
Located in Gangshan Industrial Park, our headquarters cover 16,500 square meters. It includes the departments of administration, production, research and development, material handling, warehousing and storage, quality control, and shipping. All of which makes for a complete marketing and production system. Showfou is not only successful in marketing our own name worldwide but also works with other internationally renowned companies. We have paved the way for internationalization by upgrading software and expanding hardware. These efforts correspond to Showfou’s spirit to promote pump-manufacturing techniques and make a difference in the world. Material management is a complicated task. Since SHOWFOU produces many types of products, our demand for materials and parts are very high. In order to effectively control materials and parts as well as save human resources, we have adopted an automatic storage system to manage materials. Automatic machinery helps to eliminate waste of human effort. The bar-code management system is also used to number the parts and materials. The acquisition of both parts and materials is controlled by computer, so that we can manage and control them well and regulate shipping and delivery time. By maintaining our dedication to high quality and professional skills, Showfou complies with clients’ diverse orders on our ordinary or our semi-automatic production lines. As a result, we can bring our existing production lines and talent pool into full play in diversified modes of production. Currently, we have six production lines–four ordinary production lines and two semi-automatic production ones. One of the semi-automatic production lines manufactures motors whereas the other one manufactures pumps. Complying with standardized production procedures, each production line produces parts and castings, coats and assembles coils, and assembles motors, mechanical seals, and pumps. Each procedure is carefully performed by our professional and experienced technicians to efficiently produce pumps that are stable and of high quality. Showfou secures its competitive advantage by guaranteeing its customers excellent quality. In addition to producing our products with state-of-the-art equipment, we use computerized testing instruments to monitor every product. May it be testing during or after production, we control the quality of our products in accordance with ISO-9001 standards to ensure stability and outstanding performance. Without its dedication to responsibility, Showfou would have never been able to accomplish what it has. Besides, our humane personnel management enables each member of our team to fully reach his or her potential. When you walk into our display room, you will be dazzled by the variety of products. We are market-oriented, so we devote ourselves to developing and manufacturing pumps for home use, agricultural, industrial, chemical engineering needs, wastewater treatment, deep-well pumps, water pumps for high rise buildings, and pumps for specific purposes such as aquaculture.
