Ban Ten Enterprise Co., Ltd was established in 1994 under the principle of steadfast & pragmatic operations that emphasize on quality rather than quantity. We have established a professional central kitchen to produce, distribute, and sell Hong Kong-style radish cake, frozen pasta sauce, mushroom sauce, and other flavoring packet products through the numerous domestic Wan Jia Shiang chain channels. We have emphasized on rice processing products in recent years. The company has established a professional food processing plant according to the Certified Agricultural Standards (CAS) in 2008, which mainly uses strictly selected domestic ingredients to support the Taiwanese industry. We have also introduced a production and sales traceability system in 2017 to reach the core values of traceability, local procurement, and transparency in the industry of rice processing. BanTen is committed to the core principle of “local food safety and production traceability” by insisting on domestic agricultural, fishery, and livestock farming under environmental friendly and medication-use-safety practices. Our goal is to take practical actions to “support local farmers while protecting the land of Taiwan.” ² Profession Certification The core value of BanTen is to “protect domestic agriculture.” That is why we insist on using ingredients produced in Taiwan. In addition to the strict ingredient quality, food safety during the production process is also crucial. Therefore, we have incorporated the food safety control system to make sure our products pass the CAS production and Traceable Agricultural Products verification, and provide a safety system to cover segments from ingredients production to food processing hygiene and safety. Our production processing lines are Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) thanks to the hazard risk analysis and preventive measures we have taken to ensure food safety. Our factory buildings have passed the ISO 22000 Certification (food safety management system required for any organization in the food chain) by implementing various quality management points to ensure stable and excellent rice products processed under a high-standard production environment. All certifications are issued by third party verification units. The quality assurance efforts reflect our commitment to product quality by offering open, transparent, and traceable products under the spirit of traceability. Our systematic management means that the consumers can enjoy our products without any worries. |
