Starting from Remanufacturing and Rebuilding the used chassis parts, Great Auto Parts inherits 30+ years of CNC machining and assembly experience in Suspension and Steering chassis parts from family.
Great Auto is known for its Ball Studs, Ball Pin and pillow ball CNC machining components which are very critical and safety concerned parts used in automobiles steering and suspension systems. This includes Tie Rod Ends, Rack ends, Ball Joints, Stabilizer Links, Control Arms, Drag Links, Idler Arms, bushings and numerous other chassis parts used in automobiles. GAP has assembly lines, manufactures Tie Rod Ends, Rack ends and Stabilizer Links and sales worldwide.
With a technical and manufacturing team that engages in large volume production of mature products, it is necessary to maintain rigorous step-by-step processes, and first-class production equipment, along with a certified professional technical staff. In order to gain complete control over production and its related manufacturing costs, we are vertically integrated from the receipt of raw material to final shipment of the products. This includes forging, sand blasting, CNC machining, shot peening, ball burnishing, thread rolling, and all related in process and final assembly testing and packaging. In order to further shorten our delivery schedules and provide detail traceable records, we have introduced large-scale robotic arms, and industry 4.0 to improve our productivity, quality and lead times.
We focus on manufacturing customized products, mature or small quantities. We serve most of famous chassis part manufacturers in Taiwan. Our main customers are two of the largest manufacturers of automotive aftermarket products for the global market.
